Wow, does anybody on this board actually read company SEC filings? All of this breathless speculation is based on an 8k that was filed before the financing that simply stated that the company, in response to a "comment letter", provided the SEC with additional details about the accounting treatment of Bayer payments. This is about arcane accounting details, not some sinister plot. If any of you jug heads bothered to read recent filings from other companies you would have noted that a bunch of these 8k's are being filed by biotechs with partnerships. The SEC recently changed the accounting rules so there is lack of clarity on the accounting of partnership payments. End of story. Do your homework. On the other hand, keep on propagating this crap so I can load up on TSRX at an attractive price.
