Buy as much as possible shut your computer off and come back in a year.
Remember when Pfizer bought Vicuron for 1.9 billion...the only garbage they got out of that deal was Eraxis, dalbavancin was dumped off to Durata and where is this next generation oxazolidinone from them?
Forest paid 580 million for a fifth generation cephalosporin (Teflaro) which makes 50 million a year.
Some big pharma is about to buy Optimer for 700 to 900 million.
Psst...hey Pfizer I have a next generation oxazolidinone for ya....
Trius is my biggest holding.. I've got only a small portion of free assets in my account now. Saving it in case there's another Great Recession like 2008/2009 and prices on EVERYTHING suddenly become terrific.
YES, TSRX is easily $13 per share in a roughly 1 year. Could be approved by mid-2014. PFE drug takes 10 days and BID dosing to do what TED does in 6 days at a smaller dose. That is superior IMO. How much dose Zyvox kill in 6 days at the same molecular equivalent dose? TED can possibly be applied to longer term infections.
Look at the price Forest paid for Tefloro and it barely sells.
TED will sell, public is in clueless mode so far. When this catches on it will run like OPTR did to it's PDUFA. We are a little early, but better than buying at $10-12 before a relatively easy positive PDUFA decision. Buy and hang on till summer 2014.
Well said kitty, this is a going to mirror OPTR.
Patient ADHERENCE is a huge problem, less pills to take = more adherence.
Big pharma wants OPTR, wait until the bidding starts for TSRX, LOL. They are going to pay top dollar for this cash cow.
