    • Why would you hire a GC at this stage if you are about to be bought out? Just asking. And before anyone labels me a troll or a bear, I've been here in this stock and this board longer than any of you.

      • Um, if you are looking to sell or merge, this is exactly what you do: bring in lawyers and other consultants prior to a sale or merger. What exactly do you think "transactional" means? You don't sell your company without a cadre of lawyers around.

        I don't know that this is indicative of a sale, but your logic is really, really flawed if you think it's indicative of the company not being sold.
