as for fusidic acid...Fucidin Tablets and Suspension occasionally cause liver upsets, which can produce jaundice (yellowing of the skin and the whites of the eyes). solithromycin operates in the pneumonia and STD space...while TZD operates in the MRSA, Pneumonia, and Bacteremia space and is farther ahead. besides solithro will get yanked just like it cousin ketek for liver toxicity...my skin crawls just looking at that structure.
