Cubist is looking for an acquisition that would fit into their business. Not saying that it's TSRX like every other analyst (or that Stein would even sell) is but I do particularly like the comment of "we're looking for commercial or near-commercial stage assets". Just saying they are pretty open to buying someone and a company that fits within their structure.
Also, not one analyst mentioned the patent of Ted/Cubicin combo which I found odd.
