Help... I have a question for those of you more knowledgeable than I.
Thinking of Tendering... Once I do and get paid by Cubist WILL SHARES BE RETURNED IF (and I know it is a big if) another deal is offered... How would that work IF MONEY has already been exchanged... AND do we just trust that we will be paid the CVR in the future... This is my first experience of this nature... Thank you for your help...Good luck to all.
Not sure if i qualify, but I can answer your questions (without question marks?)
1."WILL SHARES BE RETURNED IF (and I know it is a big if) another deal is offered"
No. Only if another offer is ACCEPTED by the board, thereby canceling the current merger agreement. Cubist would then withdraw their tender offer and return shares already tendered.
2. " How would that work IF MONEY has already been exchanged"
It wouldn't. If money has been exchanged the tender is over and Cubist owns a majority of TSRX. Any additional offers would be directed to Cubist, not TSRX.
3. "do we just trust hat we will be paid the CVR in the future"
Yes. In addition, religious folks can pray, perform animal sacrifices, or whatever else might help.
Those wishing to be more active could go to hospitals and try to spread MRSA in 2016.
