Hey guys, I missed the 9/11 deadline to respond. What are my options? Never been through this process before.
The merger all went down Wed night (not just the tender, but the second stage where they vote their majority to buy the remaining shares), so nothing matters any more, your shares have been taken.
You will get the same $13.50 + CVR that those who tendered will receive. I am thinking now you will get this very shortly, but am not certain.
I assume your account now lists the position with simply a long number, correct?
The poster about Mckinsey is presumably fishing for clients to be lead in a class action. Whatever happens there will not change the transaction that just went down.
I am not fishing for anything, you dimwit.
I was actually trying to be helpful.
How about you go eff off.
I suggest you call Mackenzie Partners at 1-800-322-2885. They should be able to provide you the information you seek.
Thanks drdonno. I just called McKenzie Partners, I was told that since I missed the deadline, there is nothing I can do now. My shares will be liquidated at the merger price in 6-8 weeks.
