The silence says alot...but what does it say? Very few buying, very few selling, always the quietest before the storm. Its just eerily too quiet! Something big is on the horizon, that I'm sure of. What I'm not sure of is which way its going. My money says up!
"...if the interference is declared, and Abbott prevails....DexCom would lose certain patent rights..." and "....neither the outcome of the litigation, nor the.....can be assessed" and "No assurances can be given that we will prevail..."
hey T n fly-m, There's much being said - more like shouting from the rooftops. in the form of ....buying. ibm bot sun - valeant bot dow pharma - roche bot genetech - pharma buying pharma. and of course buying dex. lots of shouting.... saying 1 thing.
Terry, good post. Take a look at the 2 most recent SEC filings. Mr. Gegg can't seem to purchase enough shares to go with the 150,000 he purchased in the offering. Even though Dexcom has joint collaborative projects with multiple companies going, it stands to reason that if there really is value to this technology, somebody will eventually make a takeover play for Dexcom. The fact that they made no visible PR push regarding the 7 Plus makes this even more intruiging to think about. If their ultimate plans are to "make it on their own" you would think they would be promting their FDA approval everywhere.
