I'm not spreading any half truths. SEC rules required the Q to be the last letter in the ticker to reflect the company is in bankruptcy proceedings. When Yahoo changes to the new ticker, the current board will be gone and they do not offer boards for companies in chapter. If you want, you can right now start your own discussion group on yahoo and invite those on the board to move to your new group. If you hesitate, you will wake up shortly and this board will no longer be here. Take heed.
"Q" Added To Stock Ticker Symbol When a company is involved in bankruptcy proceedings, the letter "Q" is added to the end of the company's stock ticker symbol. When a company emerges from bankruptcy, in most cases the plan of reorganization will cancel the existing equity stock. Accordingly, be sure to read a company's proposed plan of reorganization before purchasing stock in a bankrupt company.
