You don't have to worry about us being contracted
out because we have a contract(great word still)..Of
course some will argue that the RJ's are a form of
contracting out our flying..Funny thing is that it costs more
per seat to operate one of those than what the pilots
were seeking on the 777..I don't have to have an
increase in intelligence to fly the BIG a/c just an
increase in seniority..On your list I think I would change
numbers 9 and 10..Give me a limo ride to and from work
and I wouldn't need front row parking..Yahoo on the
ACARS..Don't need it..I've got a long cord to hook my laptop
to the Airphones..If management doesn't go above
$215 you won't see the -400..Call your doctor and have
them check your Viagra..As big a d-head as you are you
surely should have grown taller by now...
Oh yea, I'm here. Agree, I haven't seen many
smiles lately. I guess some are either holding a grudge,
living in the past or have lost their sense of humor.
Regrettably, I think it's a combination of all the above. All
is not lost, it is a minority who dwell in darkness.
Got a little frisky on the keyboard. Didn't mean
to call you a Geezer when in fact....You're alright.
Just thought for a second you didn't appreciate the
extra effort that went into the 'quizz' game. Now, do
you agree or disagree customer service and employee
relations could stand a little humor, a few more smiles on
concourses, at gates and at work generally? Do you even know
what I'm talking about...Hello?????Are you there???
Now why would I lecture you since you're the
wiser one? Your pun was cute: >Watt's the point?<
[of my last post.] Don't worry, I still respect you
no matter what Datazar thinks.
The only thing we really sell is service, so might as
well be good service. Service with a smile isn't too
much to ask is it??? Yes, give Leo credit--he is doing
all he can as fast as he can and doing a nice job,
agreed. (Bago says he even got a big bonus....didn't hear
Another point: to remind anyone
who cares, that to bring back the joy of flying, it
might be a better idea to use those face muscles to
smile more vs. frown. Use a little light-heartedness
now and then to ease the stress for passengers.
Traveling through concourses, doing the non-rev shuffle,
there's not enough of something...can't put my finger on
it. Help me out.
