They can't sell their bleach water for all 99 reasons they have claimed the miracles this water works, so the answer to their solution--form a new company division and announce once again they have a new miracle water application. Geez--what happened to their previous division to market that miracle nutritional food that cured diabetis? Not a peep out of them during last Q report! I think they need to use this bleach water to wash off turdlettes!
This does get funnier and funnier. OCLS is going to "a wholly owned subsidiary that will hold the company's anti-infective drug assets." What drug assets? You mean the drug assets that the FDA told them to stop selling as a drug? And this creation of a business entity with no assets "allows us to better leverage our drug opportunities, including Oculus' surgical anti-infective program" Yes I am sure they will start working on the NDA as soon as the meaningless clinical trial on their scar therapy is complete.
Not carried in the "news articles" I saw but in the OCLS press release: Company management believes that the creation of this subsidiary will provide focused resources for the drug development platform as well as financing opportunities specific to the subsidiary, or future spinoff. The objective is to generate funding for the company's FDA clinical trials without issuing additional shares of the parent company.
Cary, does this mean that OCLS will spin off this new subsidiary, leaving the old OCLS to wither and die? Of course Hoji would go with the new company with a clean financial slate to sell a lot of shares and collect his pay while he strings a whole new pack of "investors" down the garden lane. Is it really that easy?
