I feel the same as many others who think Salem and the Board should be charged and all compensation clawed back for what they did to shareholders the last many years. Every single piece of the company that gets sold or chopped off is just a testament to the failed mentality and policies that the Board and management insisted on adhering to for far too many years. You can see already what the stock price is doing with just the basic common sense policy alterations. Shareholders had been telling the company for years to stop acquiring, divest or break apart and to offer a dividend - yet the company arrogantly and stubbornly refused. A class action lawsuit wouldn't be surprising now that the full extent of the damage is coming into sight in terms of how much shareholder value was being suppressed and cash squandered along the way.
