2 years from now GROUPON will be no more!
2 years groupon will be a fire sale! I will come back and short this stock into the ground. This will be a noncompeting company! Profits are already shrinking to almost nothing! They used to get a 50% cut of all Groupons sold, Now they are lucky to get15%-20% of the cut. Something tells me that this is going the way of a fade here today gone tomorrow. They will have to reinvent them selfs in the very near future to stay a viable company in the future. They are taking money away from the sale people for now that will end very badly in the coming months, that won't cause growth in the company, just dissatisfied a sale force! They are cooking up a big problem this year at group on, this year will have its ups and downs just watch for early ups and at the end of year big drops! New CEO taking away bonuses for sales force will be the death of this company mark my post! I'm actually putting a 'HOLD' for now because of all the new #$%$ CEO is doing witch will add shareholder value in the near future but will eventually 'BANKRUPT" them in the next couple years!

They were free thank you all for purchasing GRPN at the IPO price! I'm absolutely not disgruntled just saddened by the lack of a real management team! I am doing quite well for myself these days also wish I were wrong about share price but it's just my opinion as to where the ship is headed and all I see ahead in my Crystal Ball is turbulent waters with huge waves that are trying to sink the ship!

Agitated? I own 30,000 shares and think we do fine in the coming quarters just don't like the CEO. Watch and learn by the end of this year GRPN will not grow they will fall further behind! I will 'SHORT ' this at the end of the year just watch! Not agitated just disappointed in managements decisions to post profits! I will make a ton on this play just letting you in on future of GRPN..
