    • Sell this Pig into this last rally or you will be sorry! Up over 100% since its recent lows in the mid 2's. Don't believe what you hear, they are struggling mightily to sell deals and when they do the margins are a ton lower than they were a year ago. Todays groupon isn't what it was even 1 year ago. Do your own research people ,really not hard to find out just ask your local Groupon Rep. what kinda deal they can help your company with and they will tell you that they have become a whole lot more competitive because Living Social is nipping at there heels! They are practically running Daily Deals for little to no profit to under cut Living Socials daily deals. It's very scary times for GRPN right now. Good Luck to all longs from here I do believe your O.K. for the next couple quarters but soon, very soon you will want to SHORT this pig once the dominoes start to fall! They could get bought out by a bigger company, such as Google who at one time offered them $6 billion for the company but were turned down, now t's trading 30% less than Googles original offer, and with all signs pointing south I don't think google is willing to pay a premium to buy them out for a while? It all depends on how bad Google wants to be in the daily deal business?

      Sentiment: Hold
