I purchased a Shell Gift Card from Groupon on Sept. 26. I still have not received it. Numerous emails and calls have not resolved the situation. You would think a company that claims it must have got "lost" not once but twice would find a way to make sure I got it. But no. They continue to insist it was sent and that eventually I should receive it. What a bunch of garbage.
and they never sent it via UPS, or Fed Ex, or Western Union or United States Postal Service or lastly "pony Express" ? I can only imagine the answer is "No", So...since we're talking Commerce was not completed, you have the upper hand. File a Statement of Claim against them. Ooopps....on PooPon...shame on them.
