CLDX - cashburning of more than 37 million US$...

    ...a year and loss widens.

BOD is overpaid and is getting millions of US$ each year.

Downgrade from hold to strong sell.

New fair value - 1 US$ with sight on 2011.

The company will burn this year again around 40 million US$ with high presumability.

    • If that's all the cash they are burning, then they are in excellent shape. They might as well start another couple trials. With new partnerships available when needed and milestone payments coming, they will be able to go it alone without dilution.

    • The financial results of CLDX are bad and the company is further burning millions of US$ each quarter.

CLDX will be forced to raise new capital - leading to heavy dilution of current free float of the stock.

The PT remains at 1 US$ with sight on next year.

CLDX is even able to go bankrupt - each delay of clinical trials and further weak patent protection are further significant risk factors for the future development.

I hate to say, but the management sold the real assets of Avant Immunotherapeutics and destroying shareholders value in significant manner.

Why has Pfizer terminated the agreemnet with CLDX. I think the management is the real problem of this company.

IMO. Do your own due dilligence.
