You are so quick to criticize my information and when I ask you to try to come up with the calculation, you claim you can't be bothered.
This proves my point. The A/R calculations for this company are way out whack according to their numbers. I truly wonder how much receivables is uncollectible and just stays on the books never to be written off. How many millions over 150 days old?
The company itself says DSO is 144 days. If company tells auditiors that they think they can collect money, auditor will sign off...even if receivables have no chance of being collected. It's up to the company, not the auditor.
If you are happy with that, great. Then you get what you deserve.
