Although a blind monkey can see the value nobody wants to buy until other people have already done so, they are all waiting for the market "to tell them something" its really pretty funny and makes no sense at all. However every time it has looked stable in the past few weeks it is followed by another selloff. It's important in value investing to not confuse the share price with the actual value of the shares. The fact that the company is so small makes it ripe for stock manipulation, which clearly happened.
