$.60 for the Dec qtr, and the Mar and June qtrs could be even better ! So the street is only willing to give a $9 price for a company posting $.60/qtr ? It's irrational, and even if naysayers are right, and the refi boom won't last, the stock is still worth $14+ IMO.
Interest rates might not rise for 2 years or more. In the meantime SNFCA could post $2+/year in EPS. Right now, SNFCA is selling at around a 4 PE going forward. Do you really think you have as much upside in a REIT over the next year ?
