Does getting within under a penny of gap fill it? I know lots of people place heavy emphasis on this issue. Looks like we did this today. Apprciation an answer from somone with knowledge on the subject

Within a penny here is a significant percent, so I would venture to say it does not qualify as "filling the gap"...and, currently, it doesn't look like filing it will be any problem!Sigh...
