Not sure why folks have the expectations of getting some news. Dr. Kim is just taking advantage of the Retail Investor Conference forum to send out the message that 2013 will be the year for INO.
At least I am not expecting any and the stock has rallied having broke thru 0.76 resistance with conviction. We will see $1 soon.
