First, This will give enough cash to cover 2013 and maybe some of 2014.
Second, not all of it is in stock offering. The warrants deal is basically setting a resistance at 79 cents but that doesn't mean that the warrants will be exercised there. The price can be much higher since the holders will look to make profit.
I added more shares at 50 cents this morning. Management still holding tons of shares. This company has a big future.
No. Look at the deal. The warrants can be exercised at 79 cents.
However, at that level INO will be over 100 Mil market cap which can allow certain funds to buy shares.
Diluting shares is never a good deal. But, INO is a small bio stock with no source of revenue yet. Looking forward it's a good deal IMO.
