I just recently sold my families home. In the meantime from the proceeds from the sale I was temporally going to invest in the stock market. Foolishly I bought 55,000 ino shares at $2.98 during the hype. I'm now down big and can't fathom telling my wife. Thoughts?
Hopefully you bought the shares after what Cramer say's, "doing your homework" about the company and not from the hype that comes from this board. There are allot of people who use these community boards as a means to manipulate the small investor into making an investment decisions. For a speculative pharmaceutical/penny stock play never bet more that what you can afford to lose no matter how good it may look.
good luck explaining that one... Hope you can stay long enough to recover it will go back up maybe today but more likely need some more good news before that happens could be a month or 3 but it will happen
In hindsight, perhaps selling a house and then investing it all in a penny stock is not the smartest move. I had huge profits last week, sold, bought back in and got the heck out yesterday before I lost all of my profits. I guess the silver lining with a stock such as this is that all it takes is a bit of good news for it to skyrocket again.
You haven't lost a dime until you sell. You might just be stuck for a little while.
You made her a million before the turn of year. I'd be thinking of ways to get rid of her w out having to compensate. Buy more today this is gonna blow up. 2.98-3.00 it will look like a great entry point when the dust settles
Don't do that ever again. I started with 2000 USD approx. 10 years ago. The money I did not needed. I could have gone to a casino, but I thought it's more fun at stock market and I will be learning. Currently holding 5K ARNA shares and close to 20K INO. I was in and out in INO twice, but very happy to have jumped back in at$.91 and added on the deep this week.
If I were you I would sale above $2.50, only cz not your money.
Good luck to you
Sentiment: Strong Buy
I would not worry just like everyone else said, this was panic selling most of it coming from the newbies scared off by the shorts and mis information. I added to my position today, if you have a few extra buck you should do the same . Go Longs
Sentiment: Strong Buy
