Yeah, for me it's a hold because I am a sucky investor. I bought on the way up at 2.67 and down at 2.67, instead of waiting. I now could have triple the share if I didn't do either of that (patience would have been wise) and am kicking myself for it. I will save more money in the next couple of months and am hoping the share price stays down until then. With a toddler and an infant,, living in LA, and trying to buy instead of rent, money is tight and I just blew my wad on INO too early. I have 20K shares (could have been 55k) average price 1.67. Not selling even if it goes down to 1.00 (where I first bought it). The reason being, if just one of their vaccines works, this is a billion dollar company in 5 years (my bet is HPV, pan-influenza, and/or malaria will work in that time frame. GLTA. The funny thing is, if these shorts realized this (I assume they dot know how to do DD, hence why they short stocks in the first place (quick buck instead of really making money), try would be gobbling up shares too. But they just see the opportunity to make a couple hundred to a thousand here and there, and not any big picture. Greed, it is what it is.
