Your post is a good one. I have the same feeling as you do. This idea of R/S was and is a bad thing. I voted no to R/S. You as a CEO of a company should write to Dr. Kim and ask him to dismiss the idea of R/S and let the market move this stock with good news, good earnings, partnerships, FDA approval and so on. For example, ACAD stock went from 65 cents in November 2010 to $32 in February 2014. KERX stock went from $1.28 in April 2012 to over $17 in March 2014. Both of them without the R/S. In addition, 59 institutions own INO stock thus getting more institutional ownership is irrelevant. Write to Dr. Kim and ask him to forget R/S even if they have enough votes to do R/S. Thank you!
