Has anyone else wondered why the CEO exercised his options in Oct when they didn't expire until sometime in 2005. He made a nice profit for sure, 31,000,000 on a sale of 750,000 shares. Sold at 48 and change. Stock has since moved up to around 51.80 now. Other insiders have also sold in October when stock was 48 or lower. Does this bother anyone else other than I. Sales keep meeting or beating projections, so why are the execs selling?
BS. The market went up because the terror risk premium declined after the election was over. That's why it started going up well before the election. It hit bottom two Fridays before the election. In fact most of the gains have been realized BEFORE election day.
You do realize that the market has historically performed under a Democratic president than under a Republican, don't you? And the greatest bull market of all time as measured by % return was under Bill Clinton.
