Went to a Target in Peoria Az to buy a vacuum. Got the 100 dollar vacuum home to find out it had already been sold and opened by someone else. No attachments, No Manuels, I plugged it in and it didn't work. Took the vacuum back to the store and store manager said " would you like to exchange it?" I said I'm never coming into this store again...manager says "ok". A 100 dollar vaccum !!
