    sold credit card business, worst C.S. ever

    I hate spending precious time on lousy customer service & it's even worse when they can't speak or understand English and are resentful, nasty & hang up on you when you ask nicely to speak to someone else. After four calls for something pretty simple, finally done. No more Target, ever again, didn't really need it to begin with, not worth another ounce of frustration. I live in DFW, more stores to choose from than you can ever even get to in every little suburb. They just sold their credit card to a no-name bank (TD - got the letter today) hire the cheapest offshore cust. service they can get, their system was down all day, couldn't get any info at all or do anything, finally 3rd call when they could get to account was awful, fourth call canceled card. Their new coupon printer hasn't worked in months & they can't even hire the tech to fix it. The one thing you can say for them is you can always get a parking spot close to the door. Their stock's risen with the market lately. Looks like it's time to sell them short; they're obviously in trouble. Combine this with the recent insider sells....I'm shorting on Monday.
