These guys aren't real bright. True story: I called their customer service line regarding the $10 my bank is charging to replace my debit card. They said they wouldn't cover it. Apparently I am supposed to wait until someone in China cleans out my checking and my mortgage payment bounces. THEN they will talk to me. Net effect: They saved $10 bucks but lost thousands in my future spend. Not mention creating a seriously ticked off customer. On the bright side, I can't be alone, so I am thinking this will be good for amzn and wmt . Betcha I get my 10-spot back (and then some).
Did they really think they are so special that customers don't have options, and would put up with this s--t? The geniuses in the board room that thought this was sound customer service policy should be voted out.
