Traders: I like talking about Target because it's one of my favorites but I still maintain a bearish outlook. If DH is going to 50 like most think: why does it keep closing near the low than the
high? Today's closing price reflects fear. 1) Target is a great business -- yes. 2) Stock price already reflects the fact and more. I've got the stock fairly valued in the mid-30s. Once Prudential's recommendation wears off and the traders milk it, DH is more likely headed down or at least flat than up. 3) Congratulations to anyone who sold at 45 and change today. Actually, the last few trading days the stock closed at or near the high. I think your analysis is incorrect, as is your outlook of DH. The stock price does NOT fully account for the value, IMO. The PE is lower than Kmart, for gods sake.
