Here is the situation now at some other refineries:
Pressured by soaring crude costs, some refinery officials said in early March that their plants were operating in the red despite China's fuel price hike in February and losses would widen in coming months without further fuel price increases.
Andantee missed my earning's estimate of $0.31. Could this be why?
If so, the 5% price hike should help get earnings back on track.
I am not sure which estimate you are tracking. But AMCF did beat the estimate. " AMCF reported 4th quarter 2010 earnings of $0.24 per share on March 30, 2011. This beat the estimate of the one analyst covering the company by $0.02.
The next earnings announcement from AMCF is expected the week of June 9, 2011."
