considering I own 380k shares at .93 .......I understand what it means to acquire something valuable at a low price... if the technology is worthless as you elude to, the real question is did those who bought 2/3 of the company at 2/share over pay???? simple enough?
Simple question from a Simple Mind. Hey boy what the fk you doing here go back and crawl under that rock that you came from. If you have stock here you better sell it before you go broke. I can't believe your that stupid.
Many come here seeking facts and looking to benefit from the DD of others. All you ever post is redundant garbage that does nothing, backed by nothing, and attempts to instill fear in weak handed/minded investors. The transparency of your agenda is quite clear.
Are you challenging the fact that 100,000,000 (2/3's) shares have been bought for an average of around $2 per share for a total of 150,000,000 now outstanding? ...That 2/3's of the company was bought up for a measly $250,000,000 market cap? What story would the MLV and other ATM holders of Peregrine stock have to spin in order to sell a whopping 100,000,000 shares (2/3's of the float) while the price per share goes nowhere? Not a very good story, in our opinion.
