HI-YIELD LOOKS TO REGAIN UP SIDE+

It all depends on europe. What's funny is that jnk and hyg are almost back down to where they were on oct 4. They've dropped back a lot in november as have all junk funds.

i see today that sarkozy is trying to persuade merkle to let the ecb print money and european markets are rallying on that news. Merkle has so much power now. Anything she says will move markets all over the world.

as far as agnc goes we all know how these mreit's work. As we get closer and closer to the ex-date the prices usually rise. There still is a bit of a concern with where the sec will go on the tax status and the leverage issues. $30 for agnc usd to be the target price before ex-date. $29 is more realistic now that spreads have come in. I'm not into nly. Cramer likes it but it only yields about 14% whereas agnc and arr are at 19%. Thanks for asking.
