It's driving me nuts. One day Bernanke "seems" to indicate the FED wiill curtail QE. Thus, rates rise and prices fall. A week later some FED official says any tapering will be gradual. Prices then rise.
Everybody in the market is trying to figure out what the FED will be doing in order to change their portfolios around. But no one really knows for sure. Then there's Japan. One day their markets are up and everybody feels good and buys. Then Japan takes a nose dive and it's Armageddon.....SELL at all cost.
Bill Gross has indicated that the Bull Market run in Bonds finally ended on 4/29/2013. THIS time he is probably correct. So, IMHO , the NAV will bounce around to enable an investor to do a segmented sell out not to panic and do a gross sell out. IMHO , interest rates are going up, ,NAV on bond funds are going down, equity prices are going up.. YOU decide ..VERY GOOD investing to you and VERY GOOD LUCK to you, and try not to listen to the "pundits" on the financial shows..Their job is to "drive you nuts"..
