This type of crookery is exactly what is holding the country back from being a true world leader. The new government is trying to stop this sort of behavior. It may take awhile, but I think we will recover some of the assets.
Does anyone know for sure if the schools are operating? I assume they are, however to want degree I have no idea. I tried doing some research, however I don't speak or read Chinese so it's a little difficult.
