China should pay $8 per CAST share?
To get China to do something about these scams, could the USA force the Chinese government to buy back CAST shares at $8.00 per share? Growing at 8 percent a year, China sure can afford it. If China refuses, then maybe the USA should take whatever action necessary to see that China no longer grows faster then the USA.
