An actual move in the unit price? Or a false alarm?
This thing trades so thinly it's difficult to be sure. For weeks it rattled around $20, sometimes 50 cents at a time one way or the other, only to settle right back where it started. It is under-priced, it would be nice for the market to notice, eventually.
The day to day trading is certainly thin and maybe a dollar spread in a month. As far as I'm concerned the fluctuation is not on my screen because I'm in it for the distribution. What other stock is out there that pays close to 10% distribution and has a 1.0 analyst rating from five covering analysts? I believe the price will increase as the increase in distribution will over the long haul. I love the $1,650.00 per quarter I am currently receiving without the high beta with most other stocks these days.
I have no plans on selling this, I acquired it for my cash flow portfolio. Still, one likes to see those green arrows. The move appears to be real, holding this morning (on extremely light volume). Guess the asks moved up in response.
