Would be interesting if Motorola was interested in Tegal Technology
Ahhh, finally, someone has done their DD. If we get what we are expecting, I will be a very rich man. I was holding a much more expensive stock "Hint, Hint" but thought I would a much better gain for this little over looked one.
Mot, announces earnings tomorrow. Will see if they have any suprises in store for us. Folks here hace speculated that Mot may be doing a lil sumpin sumpin with our T Gal
this was interesting post
Well I believe no big guys want to acquire a business which is losing money. At least, the big guys have to believe that acquiring Tegal will be positive for them in the long term. I do not think it is the time a year ago because no one smells massive production of next generation memory yet. I see the Japanese guy (the one who buy the 6550 series) as a pioneer of this field and a sign of massive production of MRAM.
When Tegal starts projecting profit earnings, the stock will goes up accordingly. The big guys will then recognize the chance at that time and pay a premium price to acquire Tegal, thus another jump in terms of stock price.
I would really like to see some analysts start following Tegal, start projecting their revenue and earnings, and Tegal starts to hit the numbers and say bye to losses.
TGAL WAS A SPINOFF OF MOTOROLA
Ted Gallager started Tegal 25 years or so ago.
Did Motorola spin off Tegal that long ago?
To Quote Jonny Carson "I didn't know that"
