They have been selling out of their large position for a long time now, since well before any hint that Verizon might get the Government contract, and well before any hint that TRBM was on that Verizon team.
I am left wondering if Mobius would have sold had they known about it.
In any case, it appears, and this is VERY IMPORTANT, that Mobius has completed its share sells, and either no longer is a shareholder, or the number of shares is now negligible. Click on the "Major Holders" link on Yahoo Finance for TRBM. It now shows "N/A" under the number of shares held by Mobius, and that data is dated very recently as of April 12 2007. If you click on the "Insider Transactions" link as well, you will note that the vast majority of the sells for a long time now have been Mobius sells, and that though back in early/mid 2006 Fitgerald sold some, his most recent activity has been to buy shares.
This turnaround story seems very legit, and a great opportunity, especially now that such long term selling pressure as was hoisted upon this stock by Mobius is now over and the Demand side can kick in again.
I just added a third buy a few minutes ago on the pullback from the earlier intra-day high. Good luck all.
Mobius is still a large holder - well over 2 M shares. Dont rely on yahoo - check SEC filings at sec.gov. Ultimately we run much higher but imo Mobius will be selling into this rally which may cap it, unless volume like todays is sustained for weeks. Ultimately they should be out of stock - at that time the rally should become very interesting and rewarding. All imo.
