    Healthy Pullback or Panic Correction?

Opinions and why... I'm thinking that this is a healthy and necessary pullback due to the recent runup in the market (was overbought) rather than the start to a full-blown panic correction. I don't see the market heading into Recession anytime soon and inflation isn't a problem, so interest rates can remain relatively low, despite the selloff in bonds. I just see the need for the market to consolidate its gains after rallying nicely. I still think there is an abundance of dip buyers and sideline investors waiting for the right opportunity to jump in the market, so once the weak hands have sold and the selling pressure wanes (there's no real catalyst for stocks to crash, in fact, the economy is improving despite some people's perma-bearishness towards the economy), the buyers should come rushing into the market. I'm thinking we'll see 1592-1600 as the bottom for this sell off, or about a 5% selloff from the highs. If I were on the sidelines, I'd be looking to buy at this level, but I don't expect a new high or even a retest of the old highs for several weeks, if not months...
