Occurred intraday which is why the stock dropped 30 cents around 1pm but apparently it bounced right back. I wonder what those 1q #s will look like.

This is from their 7/05 report:
"Consequently, our initial rating is OUTPERFORM with a price target of $8 per share."
It could be that they are downgrading simply based on valuation.
I'd agree with that, actually.
