I don't agree with the decision to sell here. Technically, this is a very strong stock with upward momentum. The stock has essentially remained above its 20-day moving average for the past year. That is a very bullish indicator. Every time it tests the 20-day average, it bounces upward. I think this one is going higher and I wouldn't sell unless it broke its 20-day moving average and didn't immediately recover. The 20-day moving average is currently 10.70 and will move upward quickly to catch the 11% move today. Therefore, you have room for the stock to go higher and an exit point if it starts to break down. My humble opinion on TWTC anyway.
