it is no special as you write here, but i have to admit it is a positive finish tonight.

The stock is now decling sinc march this year and i think, despite bad momentum on the exchanges, Newcastle hás to raise at least to $6,00.

I hope it can happen coming weeks.
Maybe the stockprice is acculumating before the possible divy raise end of september much people talk about here.

I want to split my NCT-position actually but cannot find a good alternive for NCT haha. Not a REIT!

Strange end for NCT today.
BAD day, despite that NCT let see an average raise in price since 3, 6 months.

Since april this year price between 4 and 6,25 constantly.
So i think in a few weeks the break-out HÁS to come.
