Statistics are incorect and some people may misunderstand the true dividend. And not all analysts have updated their one-year target estimates. The picture will change after a quarter or two.
Down the road, I hope they can add sufficient senior housing and spin that off into a seperate REIT.
NRZ should not be selling off with the mREITs. Their exposure to agency MBS is minimal. Here too, we'll have to wait a quarter or two for the "market" to understand this better. (Not my problem: I know to read material from the company's Web site. LOL.)
