If they still have 10c/quarter, The yield is is over 8%. that would be a higher yield than comparable comany
There was some dilution to fund the pre-spinoff purchase, so don't be surprised if there is a drop in the dividend. Even if it drops to 8-9c/q, no need for alarm. NEWM could have a dividend of it's own as well.

I don't remember any dilution prior to the distribution of NEWM. Can you remind me of that?
There was a billion dollar acqusition of assisted living facilities in the 4th quarter with fixed debt. Why wouldn't that boost cash flow and possibly dividends?
