Effecting the reverse share split, while retaining the same number of authorized shares will make the shares more likely to be purchased by funds and will provide an opportunity to grow substantially by raising more money for their investments. This should cause the share price to increase over time. Great move!
Perhaps I was not clear. What I meant is that the reverse split will cause the share price to be well above $5 -- this will permit large buyers (funds) to include NCT in their portfolios.
Secondly, retaining the same number of authorized shares will permit NCT to sell more shares to raise additional money for future investments.
Both of these are positives IMHO.
