waiting for a flight at Dallas/Fort Woth Airport. George W. Bush approached the man and tried to make conversation with him. Bush told the man that his father had been president of the USA and that he is now Governor of Texas; the man refused to make conversation with him. Bush got annoyed and said to the man: I have done my best to make conversation with you, yet you have ignored him, why do you dislike me? The man turned around and said to him: the last time I spoke to a Bush, I spent 40 years wondering in a wilderness. Hope you, folks, get it.
The way I heard it, which by the way is better... George Bush is walking through the airport and sees a man with a white beard and hair. He says to the man, "Aren't you Moses?". The man ignores him and looks at the ceiling. Bush again inquires, "Aren't you Moses?". The man barely lowers his eyes to look at Bush. George says to the man, "Why are you ignoring me?". The man says, "Last time I talked to a bush I spent 40 years in the desert."
