If there is no dilution, then this is really no big deal. The dividend will continue to grow. As the Yorkies sell, I'd expect others to step in and buy based on the high dividend yield and strong dividend growth prospects.
I finally got around to talking to the company today re whether or not the Yorktown stock distribution is dilutive. (Called in to ask about Unrelated Business Income issues for the LP shares in a tax sheltered account and remembered to bring up this question too.)
The answer I got was that the Yorktown distribution of shares to their investors is not dilutive to other shareholders. The Yorktown shares are already counted in the Shares Outstanding.

BTW, it appears the same situation may have occurred today. XTXI was hit on unusually high volume. Possibly because Yorktown investors are again unloading.
