    unlikely.
    The reason XTEX is being valued higher than XTXI is the IDRs. With Crosstex downsizing the company by selling off assets, distributions when they return will be smaller. Due to the structure of the IDRs that will mean a relatively smaller piece of the distributable cash going to XTXI.
    People are anticipating distributions returning in a couple of quarters but at a lower rate than before meaning XTXI gets a relatively smaller share than before.
    If you bothered to read the prospectus you would understand that the divergence of XTEX and XTXI makes perfect sense.
