    Two Worlds . . .

Microsoft (MSFT) is trading around $40 today, it has a book value of $10.25 and a Yahoo 1 yr target of 39.87. This stock has a current consensus "buy" rating and has recently been a "strong buy". The valuation of this stock is based on the bag holders willingness to sell. We are constantly led to believe our stock, "WLT" does not enjoy this type of valuation, it is a commodity and as such is tied directly to that underlying commodity. This makes sense, buy in my opinion it is fundamentally untrue. These stocks, "WLT" and "MSFT" can and do trade in a manner which is completely unrelated to "real valuations". WLT has a current book value of $12.03. Supply and Demand of the stock itself is key. There is a dwindling supply of shares available in the $8 range and there will be a limited number available up to around $10. It makes no difference what MF, UBS and BofA want to say about it. At some point the true market forces will take over and WLT will trade in a range of $10 to $17 for the next 6 months and likely above $25 within a year.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy
